Vertical training (7th-high school)

VertiMax is the most effective vertical jump training system in the world because it allows an athlete to maximize both explosive leg power and arm swing velocity to maximize the vertical lift component which leads to superior vertical jump performance gains.

​

VertiMax trainings are an hour long for six weeks with a 6:1 player to coach ratio in order to give an appropriate amount of attention to each athlete. Increasing your vertical jump will help tremendously in the game of volleyball in all positions, including serving.
